I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Del Castillo Plaza Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, with beautiful tile floors. The view of the center square at night was mesmerizing. Additionally, one of the front desk staff members was a standout. She was friendly, spoke English, and even practiced with me. The hotel's central location in Old Pucallpa was also a plus.

I loved having a free grocery shopping service at Del Castillo Plaza. It was so convenient to have someone else do my shopping for me. The free roundtrip airport shuttle was also a great perk. And let's not forget the free continental breakfast - the perfect way to start the day!

What a disappointment! the stay was a disaster! On the bright side, the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly. Plus, the location was convenient for my business meetings. But that's all there is.
